We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people and creating results. In this opportunity, you will focus on prospecting, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities while building the skills needed to move into future listing roles with rewarding commissions.

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and want a clear path to grow their career. You will receive one-on-one coaching, proven systems to guide your conversations, and the backing of a collaborative culture that values accountability and success. Licensed professionals who are motivated and coachable will find this to be the perfect foundation to launch into listings.

Compensation : $100,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Qualifications :

  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license required
