We are currently seeking a FOIA Contract Analyst to join our Client Growth Office (CGO) team. This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US. Occasional travel may be required.

The CGO's FOIA Analyst for North America plays a strategic role in shaping competitive bids in large-scale / mega enterprise solutions. This team, and each advisor and analyst on the team, works to support competitive perspectives for mega pursuits following NTT DATA's Price to Win (P2W) process. The team brings the perspective of market pricing, competitor tactics and client buying behavior to the context of a sales pursuit, resulting in alignment of the sales team, business and practice leadership behind a competitive solution. The US FOIA Analyst will collect, catalog and analyze US federal and state and local contracts for scope and sizing metrics to contribute to the larger Price to Win teams knowledgebase and tools. Using the latest technologies the FOIA Analyst will optimize analysis of the data to support improved Win Rates.

Job Responsibilities Include :

  • Competitive Analysis : Research competitors' pricing, capabilities and historical bid behavior.
  • Customer Insight : Understand client budget constraints, procurement strategy, and value drivers and scoring metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work with P2W Global Hub Lead, Tools and Insights Lead and pursuit teams to share intelligence and refine bid strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance : Ensure competitive and fair use of publicly available data.
  • Post-Mortem Analysis : Review outcomes of won / lost bids to refine future PTW strategies.

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience to include :

  • Government procurement or enterprise IT contracting
  • Proficiency in cost estimation tools, Excel modeling, and willingness to learn CRM and competitive intelligence platforms
  • Education in data analytics, sales, or systems engineering
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage ambiguity
