We are seeking a driven Sales Marketer to lead our expansion efforts specifically across the Southern Boston area , strengthening our presence and connecting more individuals and families to our programs. In this role, you will blend outreach, sales strategy, and marketing execution to drive admissions, build partnerships, and increase awareness of our detox, inpatient rehab, MAT, and co-occurring disorder services. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll operate in a collaborative, mission-focused environment where ethical practice and impactful outcomes guide the work. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads and increase admissions across the Southern Boston area, including outreach to healthcare professionals, referral networks, community partners, and individuals seeking treatment.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to promote our services, such as alcohol and drug detox protocols, inpatient rehabilitation programs, medication-assisted treatment options, and co-occurring disorder therapies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, therapists, hospitals, and support groups, to foster referrals and partnerships in the addiction recovery ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends in substance use disorders, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in Westchester County and surrounding New York areas, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and admissions coordinators, to ensure seamless transitions for clients from initial inquiry through intake and treatment.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, admission numbers, and revenue generated from commissions, using CRM tools and data analytics.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and advocate for reduced stigma around addiction.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and best practices in behavioral healthcare promotion.
- Provide compassionate, informative consultations to prospective clients and families, educating them on our tailored detox, rehab, and recovery support services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in sales / marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management in a service-oriented environment.Strong understanding of addiction treatment modalities, including detox, inpatient rehab, medication-assisted treatment, and co-occurring disorders, with the ability to communicate complex concepts empathetically.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media platforms, email campaigns) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and present persuasively to diverse audiences.Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare marketing, including HIPAA and ethical guidelines for promoting sensitive services.Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, resilience, and a passion for supporting recovery journeys.Willingness to travel occasionally for events and outreach, with a valid driver's license.Familiarity with the Southern Boston healthcare landscape and national trends in substance use disorder treatment is a plus.Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on performance metrics such as client admissions and revenue generated.
