As a Solution Consultant I, you will :

• Operate under the tight direction of an SC (Solution Consultant) Manager / Team Lead to learn the basics of being a Solution Consultant, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically
• Grow capabilities to strengthen independence demoing software and being able to identify business pains of prospects.
• Under close guidance of an SC Manager / Team Lead, support demos / deal of minimal complexity
• Demonstrate an ability to understand business pains of prospects and develop a demo plan while also paired with an SC Manager / Team Lead
• Starts as a novice, gradually becoming a growing individual contributor within the team
