Job Description

Location : Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type : Full Time | Salary Range : $60,000 - $125,000

As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Volkswagen in Irvine. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

What You’ll Do :

Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
Commuicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
Offer solutions and added services to guests
Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
Process monetary transactions

What You’ll Need :

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting

2-3 years of experience required

Volkswagen experience a plus

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Creative, positive, team player attitude

Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions

Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills

Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
