A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the overall ecommerce experience, including site merchandising and conversion optimization

Develop and execute site and content strategies that align with business goals and customer needs

Lead performance tracking and data analysis to drive informed ecommerce decisions and improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Ecommerce and online consumer shopping behaviors in a direct-to-consumer environment

Deep understanding of digital commerce, customer experience, merchandising, and marketing

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and AB testing platforms

Hands-on experience with content management systems and website operations

Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
