Compensation : $100,000
Responsibilities :
Follow-up with leads to increase salesHold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needsHave local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoodSupervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experienceNurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more salesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsConduct consultations to understand client goals and deliver tailored solutionsFollow up with leads consistently to grow your sales pipelineLeverage scripts, systems, and mentorship to increase conversion ratesDeliver world-class service that earns referrals and repeat businessCoordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth transactionsQualifications :
Show good organizational and time management skillsWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesGreat communication and social skillsSelf motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredSales experience preferred (any industry welcome)Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsDriven, self-motivated, and eager for professional growthWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesOrganized and detail-oriented with strong time management skillsAbout Company
