About the Clinician's Workday
This position requires an active NC license and NC DEA. It runs from September 1 to December 31, 2025, offering 12-hour day shifts, seven days a week, primarily covering days, with Cerner as the EMR. The experienced Cardiology PA or NP will round on all cardiology patients, perform admissions, consults, discharges, and procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and cardioversions, as well as order medications, tests, and procedures as needed. Support is provided by Hospitalist Medicine, Cardiology, Pulmonary Critical Care, and Cardiovascular Surgery teams.
