Mental Health Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This role provides high-quality, ethical, and client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This is a new service line at Cass Health, and we anticipate this position starting in February 2026.
Education
Required : Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Essential Job Functions
Provides high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy appointments.
Create a therapeutic that establishes a positive, trusting rapport with patients.
Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
Provides consultation for and collaborates with other departments, supporting crisis care.
Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Performs other duties as needed.
