As a Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time), youll be the go-to person for ensuring that Aspires facilities23 Community Homes and 3 buildings across Lake and Cook Countiesoperate safely, efficiently, and effectively. Youll support daily facility operations, manage vendor communications, and help us keep everything clean, compliant, and in working order.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves variety in their day, and takes pride in being the go-to for all things facilities-related.

What Youll Be Doing :

Facilities Operations & Maintenance

  • Track maintenance requests and schedule service visits
  • Support preventative maintenance documentation and reporting
  • Monitor cleanliness standards across Aspires buildings
  • Manage facility files and work orders using Facility Tree

Vendor Coordination & Financial Support

  • Track and reconcile work orders and invoices
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Help coordinate vendors to deliver timely, cost-effective services
  • Safety & Compliance

  • Support compliance with safety policies and facility procedures
  • Track supplies and assist in procurement as needed
  • Conduct basic site walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues
  • Requirements :

    What You Bring to the Role :

  • High School diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance support, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid drivers license and a good driving record
