Primary Job Title : Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Location : Utica, NY (Onsite)

Shift / Work Schedule : 6 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)

• WILL TAKE LOCALS – Local rate applies for candidates residing within 75 miles.
• Up-to-date resume including 2+ years of experience in MS Stroke Stepdown and documentation of travel experience.
• Two recent MS Charge / Manager RN references required.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• A driver’s license with address matching demographic information.
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• NURSYS report for license verification with the ACTIVE NY RN license and all active RN licenses.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at time of submission.
• EMR Experience : EPIC

Unit : MS Stroke Stepdown Patients

Shift : 6 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Floating Required : Yes

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

Unit Specifics

Common Diagnoses : Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med-surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues.

Specialty Equipment Used : IV pumps, N / G tubes, feeding tubes

Patient Demographics : Adults

Number of Beds in Unit : 64
