Airco Service is currently seeking experienced Comfort Advisor / Sales Associate in Little Rock AR.

Job Description

• Identify contact provide quotes and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers.
• Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions.
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all quotes information and pricing has been received.
• Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including but not limited to trade shows referral groups etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers.
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
• Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the companys customer and transaction profitability requirements.
• Assisting with collections and collecting payments.
