Job Description

Role : Network Analyst

Onsite required in Phoenix, AZ

Duration : 5 Months (Anticipated Start date 7 / 1 / 2015)

Shift : 3rd Shift - 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 15 am CST

Must Haves : 3rd shift. Strong IP Networking Break / Fix support; WAN, T1, VOIP, CUCM, ISR, ICM, CVP

This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network
• Knowledge and experience with CUCM
• Experience with ISR Gateways
• Experience with ICM or CVP
• Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center Infrastructures
• Knowledge of Call routing in a Contact Center Environment
