Compensation : $120-140K base

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-sized public accounting firm based in Greensburg, PA, and we are looking to hire an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team. We have a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality assurance services to our clients. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on audit work, making it perfect for someone looking to advance their career in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Review and evaluate audit work performed by staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related matters.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with informed guidance.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff in audit techniques and procedures.
