WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS :

This is a full-time or part-time position based in Rochester, NY, with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday between 7 : 00 AM and 4 : 00 PM.

As our full- or part-time Office Administrator, you'll be the engine behind our operations - keeping everything running smoothly while uplifting the entire team. From day one, you'll be involved in scheduling, financial tracking, and client communications, all while maintaining a company calendar and supporting team goals. You'll facilitate internal meetings, guide the use of project tracking tools, and ensure every team member - and subcontractor - is aligned with our mission and delivering gold-standard service. You'll coach staff, help implement systems, and serve as the key point of contact for ensuring our jobs stay on track, on budget, and on time. Every day, you'll help us raise the bar and create a workplace where people thrive - and our clients notice.

What we need from you :

  • Bachelor's degree, business diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an office environment with a construction company
  • Experience with construction management software tools, CRMs, and current technology
  • Experience with QuickBooks online
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
