This is a sales-driven customer service position. Monthly bonuses are based on sales. Qualified applicants should possess strong skills in the following areas :

• Written and verbal communication
• Spelling and grammar
• Effective communication
• Multi-tasking
• Email communications
• Incoming online chats
• Multi-line telephones, placing calls on hold when necessary
• Attention to detail
• Date, time, location tracking
• Procedure adherence
• Computer skills – Word, Excel
• Ability to quickly learn software (help desk, livery software)
• Above-average typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude
• Math and basic calculations
• Critical thinking and problem resolution
• Understanding of daily grid and vehicles to aid in finding availability for clients

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment that requires problem solving and critical thinking under sometimes stressful circumstances. Multitasking is a core aspect of the position. This is not a call center or secretarial type position. We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven professionals.
