Recruiter

Overview : Zimmer Communications is looking to add a recruiter to assist with recruiting efforts for all three of our locations in Missouri while stationed in Columbia, MO. This role will assist with functions such as staffing, employee onboarding and retention. Our recruiter is front-line support for prospects and new hires.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or significant experience in human resources, communications or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the self-motivation to regularly follow up with hiring managers.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and learning HR procedures and policies quickly.
• Ability to present solutions, overcome obstacles, and develop new ideas and strategies for recruitment.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
