The Expected Base Rate For This Role

The expected base rate for this role is $20.54 per hour during training period (2-8 weeks), then paid component pay (base plus miles, cases, and stops).

Pay consists of an hourly rate, component pay, and other incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, strong safety culture, and much more! Excellent local leadership.

Schedule is Monday-Friday. Dispatching between 3 : 00 am - 6 : 00 am. Work until all cases are delivered. Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Main Ingredients of the Job :

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
• Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $18.00 / hour and $24.50 / hour. As applicable, this role will also receive paid training and component pay (i.e., based on cases, mileage, stops).
