We're seeking a client-focused Client Success Specialist with strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy blending technical know-how with strategic client interaction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success with CRO initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis, A / B testing, and performance tracking to improve conversion funnels.
• Develop and execute CRO strategies tailored to each client's goals and KPIs.
• Present insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement winning experiments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering measurable outcomes.

Location : Fully Remote (must overlap US time zones and occasionally India)
