Overview

This is a key position in the #1 Real Estate Team in North Hills. We are searching for a full-time Videographer / Editor expert to help us with the shooting and editing of a variety of different content types. This position is an integral part of the marketing department and must have a strong understanding of different content types and their intended uses on YouTube and various social media platforms. Must have at least 5 years of experience in creating content from concept through delivery and have a good eye for footage and crafting stories. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Audition and Photoshop are a plus) and in creating video graphics. Must have a strong sense of collaboration and be able to work in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects at once.

The primary duties of this role are to produce the following types of content :

• Advertisements / Promos
• Local Neighborhood Spotlights
• Client Events / Open Houses
• Podcasts
• Website Landing Page Videos / Bumpers
• Drone Tours
• Team Events

Required experience :

Must have or be able to obtain drone license required

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Schedule : 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute : Raleigh, NC 27609

Willingness to travel : 25%
