General Production Worker

1st shift is 6am-2 : 30pm, 2nd shift is 4pm-12 : 30am, some Saturdays are required $22.25 / hr

Weekly bonuses of up to $10 per hour

Machine operating, welding, or fabricating experience preferred.

Job Description

Join a collaborative team supporting the construction industry by preparing and assembling steel materials. This hands-on role involves operating various machinery to cut and prepare steel components for assembly. We're looking for adaptable team players who are open to rotating through different tasks and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials.

Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.

Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

Willingness to learn and take on different roles within the team. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently (training provided). Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. Commitment to safety and quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work. Ability to work as part of a team. Good attitude and willingness / eagerness to learn.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
