Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in planning, design, and project management on water and wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects, focusing on utility design and municipal water / wastewater projects. Recent and ongoing projects include water and wastewater pipelines, lift stations, water modeling, City Engineering services including development plan and plat reviews, capital planning, drainage analysis, roadway, and storm drainage design.

Primary responsibilities for this position include :

• Working with junior staff and assisting in the direction of other technical staff to produce quality designs and plans
• Performing civil engineering planning and analysis, detailing, and plan set production
• Project management responsibilities include task, budget, and schedule management, as well as client interaction.

The candidate will have also the opportunity to manage, lead, and develop junior staff while working on a diverse range of public infrastructure projects while providing technical support on projects in the Houston and Central Texas offices.
