Overview

Our client is a global Fortune 500 company that specializes in digital automation and energy management. This role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Electronic / Electrical Product Design and Engineering and will provide critical support for both new and legacy product life cycles.

Location : Foxboro, MA (Hybrid – Mon / Thu in office)

Schedule : 8 AM – 5 PM

What You'll Do

Collaborate with a global R&D team to create and improve PCB designs using Cadence Allegro.
Release projects to manufacturing, including schematics, BOM structures, and part number creation.
Manage design data and documentation in Windchill PDM.
Support manufacturing & quality by addressing design vs. fabrication challenges.
Ensure PCB designs meet electrical, EMC, safety, thermal, and DFM / DFA requirements.
Work cross-functionally with mechanical, manufacturing, and project teams.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

5+ years of experience with analog / digital circuits, power electronics, and PCB design.

Expertise with Cadence Allegro & PLM tools (Windchill PDM preferred).

Hands-on with test equipment (oscilloscopes, AC / DC sources, transformers, multimeters).

Detail-oriented, innovative problem solver with ability to work independently.

Bonus : Knowledge of GE Proficy Software or Modicon Control Expert Software.
