Traveling Chef

Traveling Chef needed for school food service. Monday through Friday, full time position, 7 to 7.5 hours daily. No weekends except as needed for catering, or Holidays. Must be an experienced chef. Reliable transportation needed.

Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools

Travel area coverage : West Palm Beach (33401), Fort Lauderdale (33301), Davie (33325) to Miami (33129) Travel Stipend Negotiable.

Willing to work in a team setting. Able to communicate clearly with others.

• Experience in school food service required.
• Experience building menus.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in excel and google docs.
• Managing, counting and entering inventory experience needed.
• Experience ordering from multiple vendors.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Provide training when needed.
