We're hiring a
Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment.
Wage: $17 per hour + commissions

What You'll Do: - Customer Experience & Resolution
- Provide above-and-beyond service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle and resolve customer issues at the counter and during returns with professionalism
- Create a culture of empowerment and hospitality among staff
- Leadership & Communication
- Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the location
- Analyze NPS results to identify trends and root causes
- Communicate performance updates and drive action plans to improve guest satisfaction
- Coach employees on customer needs and service techniques
- Team Support & Compliance
- Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching to team members
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
- Support internal communication and service consistency
What We're Looking For: - Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in operations and sales; rental car experience a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
