What You’ll Do

• Lead Teams & Drive Operational Excellence :

Manage two core teams (20+ members) supporting Retail Property Underwriters, with matrix oversight of Wholesale Property.

Act as the primary liaison between Retail Property Underwriting and North America Operations, including Data & Analytics.

Achieve operational metrics and customer experience goals through proactive monitoring and problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $214,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
