Responsibilities :

• Provide Training and technical support to dealers and end users.
• Develop Training Materials and Programs.
• Conduct product training programs for dealer personnel.
• Administrative and operational duties as needed
• Assist with installations as needed
• Promote INTEQ’s Products through impactful Marketing efforts including Social Media and Email Marketing campaigns
• Assist in maintaining, organizing and reporting on company CRM data bases Administer, track, and report company’s marketing coop activities.
• Event Planning – Such as Trade Shows, Customer Events, Open Houses, Trainings and other events as needed.
• Update Company Website
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
• Interface with our corporate marketing team to develop product marketing materials, such as literature and videos.
• Support our Inteq Sales team to develop successful dealer channels for our product lines.
• Set up and attend key tradeshows, field days and other marketing events with the sales team.
• Remote support via phone & internet
• Submit timely and accurate reports to management team including a weekly update on products and marketing activities
• Travel as needed to assist with field demonstrations, installations and training.
• Dealer Invoicing as needed to assist sales staff.
