Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of our Springhouse Cafe restaurant, in-room dining, and special events. Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations. Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training. Monitor financial performancemanage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions. Qualifications include previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications. Detail-oriented and service-driven, with a "yes, and..." mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
