Payroll Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Technician to join their team. As a Payroll Technician, you will be an integral part of the payroll department supporting the finance and HR teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Payroll Technician

Location : Desert Hot Springs, CA

Pay Range : $25-35.00

Shift : AM Shift Mon - Fri

What's the Job?

Processing payroll for employees accurately and efficiently

Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits

Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports

Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing

What's Needed?

Previous experience in payroll processing or related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of payroll software and MS Office applications
