Position Summary
At this level, the associate has shown the proficiency to do their job with limited help while maintaining performance objectives on standard work processes. This includes recognition of routine problems and the ability to keep the process running by making appropriate adjustments to correct the problems.

- 9 S Processing
- Operating PIE (Power Industrial Equipment)
- Attend SOS (Start of shift) meeting on time
- Use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Meet or exceed and maintain productivity and quality standards
- Uses Swagelok documentation necessary to perform job functions
- Identify abnormal parts or abnormal equipment operation
Responsibilities :
Minor troubleshooting skills requiredReads "Inventory Control System" inquiries or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributedReceives, stores, picks and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within distribution centers to complete ordersConvey or appropriately move materials and items from designated areasSorts and places materials or items according to predetermined sequence such as size, package type or product codeFills requisitions or requests for materials or other stock items and distributes items to departmentsPicks customer orders from stock and places orders on conveyors to route orders to carousel or shipping departmentMarks materials with identifying informationRecord quantity of materials or items received by Inventory Control SystemsWeighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standardsMaintains stock orientation in primary and secondary storage locationsUses computer to enter transactions and maintains inventory accuracy using Inventory Control SystemsDrives Power Industrial Equipment within warehousePerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned in a safe and efficient mannerPacks items into appropriate shipping cartons. Closes shipments and creates shipping documents when necessaryDemonstrates effective participation in Lean Events when given the opportunityReport any safety issues or concerns to your supervisor immediatelyReport any / all PIE (Power Industrial Equipment) incidents to supervisor immediatelyEducation and or Work Requirements
Required :
