We're Growing! Join our Meta Lab Retail team at 697 5th Avenue in New York City as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life. As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology. You'll represent our client's brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and deeply committed to delivering world-class customer service.

This is a full-time seasonal position running through the end of February 2026 with the potential to become permanent. Paid training will take place the week of November 3rd, and the store is scheduled to open on November 13th. You must have full availability for training.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
