Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level support to clients, ensuring our electrical test equipment operates flawlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Document and communicate solutions clearly to empower clients and enhance their experience.

Qualifications :
