Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner in-person and via online communications
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with the clients
• Collect customer information to further along the sales process
• Assist in customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Cold call potential customers to generate sales leads
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Experience :

Previous experience in retail sales preferred

Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and clients simultaneously

Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
