A company is looking for a Pharmacy Advisor Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients to assist in medication refills and provide program education
Educate members on the Pharmacy Advisor program and assist with medication ordering or cost-savings opportunities
Transfer calls to consulting Pharmacists for clinical inquiries and document all member interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Intermediate math skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish is required
