Tenneco Lansing is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team at our manufacturing facility. This internship provides hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to the daily operations of HR in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and workforce support.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Recruiting & Staffing

• Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support pre-employment processes, including background check, drug screens, and onboarding documentation.
