Job description

AI Operations Analyst Regulatory Medical Writing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to support the delivery of the AI strategy within Regulatory Medical Writing (RMW). This role will work closely with the RMW AI Business Lead to ensure the successful implementation of AI initiatives.

Location : Can be Remote

Position Summary :

The AI Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the development and execution of the AI strategy within the Regulatory Medical Writing department. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application within a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the RMW AI Business Lead in the implementation of AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI tools and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain and update AI-related documentation and knowledge bases

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in AI operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
