Job description

Employee Engagement Manager

Location : Frederick, Maryland (Preferred) Travel : 50% Required Salary : $85,000 annually

Are you passionate about improving the employee experience and driving retention? We are looking for a dynamic Employee Engagement Manager to champion initiatives that support our frontline security officers.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead investigations and support employee relations efforts
  • Collaborate with HR and Training teams to analyze engagement data and develop impactful action plans
  • Review exit survey data and create strategies to improve retention
  • Conduct wellness outreach sites and design programs that boost officer satisfaction
  • Support field teams with labor relations, grievances, and leave management (FMLA, ADA, Military, etc.)
  • Monitor officer utilization and ensure active workforce engagement

Who You Are :

  • A strategic thinker with a heart for people
  • Skilled in data analysis and action planning
  • Comfortable with travel and field collaboration
  • Experienced in HR practices and employee relations
