Site Superintendent
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run the field. As Site Superintendent, you’ll take charge of day-to-day construction on treatment plants, pump stations, and process-piping projects. You’ll keep crews moving, schedules on track, and safety and quality standards tight - making sure each job is built right, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Run all on-site construction activities for water / wastewater treatment plants, lift or booster stations, pump systems, and related piping work.
- Schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage workflow, and track progress to keep production steady.
- Make sure all work follows the plans, specs, and contract requirements.
- Enforce safety every day - following OSHA and local standards to keep everyone on site protected.
- Stay ahead of inspections, testing, and quality checks to make sure the work meets technical and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site logistics - equipment, materials, deliveries, layout - to keep the job running smoothly.
- Keep solid daily reports : manpower, equipment, production, and any field issues that come up.
- Be the go-to person on site for the project manager, engineers, inspectors, and client reps.
- Spot potential problems early - design conflicts, late deliveries, manpower gaps - and find solutions before they impact the schedule or budget.
What You Bring
7–10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years running work as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman.Experience building water / wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or process-piping projects is a big plus.Solid understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and piping systems.Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors and keep multiple trades working efficiently together.Strong communication and organization skills - you know how to keep the team, the office, and the client aligned.OSHA 30 certification (or able to get it before starting).Comfortable reading and enforcing construction drawings and specs.Reliable with field documentation; daily reports, photos, and progress updates.Willing to travel across Central Texas.
