Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including product, operations, sales, and customer service teams, to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and actionable insights.
- Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for business improvements and new opportunities in the travel sector.
- Develop, document, and manage business requirements for new systems, processes, and product features.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential business solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Design and implement business process improvements to optimize travel operations, including booking systems, customer service workflows, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support product development and enhance customer experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress on business goals, reporting findings to senior management.
- Work with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately implemented in software solutions, and test systems for functionality and usability.
- Support project management by providing business analysis expertise during project planning, implementation, and post-launch phases.
- Assist with training staff and stakeholders on new systems, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills : Must be strong with SQL. Really important Being strong on the data side is really important. Being process and data focused. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI). Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau Excel skills Experience working in the Travel Services / Hospitality industry is a nice to have
