Job description

Service Specialist

A Service Specialist at the customer service desk is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include copy, print, mail, and receptionist services.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service includes greeting customers as they arrive, negotiating project completion times, answering phones, responding to email inquires, creating courier tickets, etc.
  • Project Intake Coordination includes a basic knowledge of mail handling to include metering and processing mail, and print production needs like assembly and taking instructions
  • Reception Back-up includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner, will schedule offices to visitors

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The compensation range for this role is 18.58 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
