What Youll Do

• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  
  
• Diagnose issues and provide clear, confident recommendations to homeowners.
  
  
• Install and maintain wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and breaker panels.
  
  
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC and Texas electrical codes.
  
  
• Use ServiceTitan to document work orders, estimates, and customer notes.
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicles.
  
  
• Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Current Texas Wireman License (required).
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of residential service experience.
  
  
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes.
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and communicate clearly with homeowners.
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  
  
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  
  
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
