The ideal candidate is a critical care specialist capable of managing complex, high-acuity medical patient populations. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, utilizing critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Experience & Skills : Experience in an ICU setting is required (minimum of 1 year preferred, though not explicitly listed, it is standard for ICU roles). Must possess strong critical thinking, communication, and decisive judgment skills. The role involves caring for a challenging medical patient mix.
