Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and clinically skilledWellness Coordinator to manage patient care across our wellness programs. This role combines care coordination, patient follow-up, and hands-on support for clinical services. The ideal candidate is a licensed paramedic with strong administrative skills and a passion for patient success.
Responsibilities :
- Track and manage labs, physicals, and prescription renewals for wellness patients.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups, check-ins, and satisfaction calls.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and wellness dashboards.
- Assist providers with blood draws, IV starts, injections, and lab collection.
- Support patient education and program adherence.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operation of HRT, peptide, and weight loss programs.
