Overview :
New Tech Global is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for a growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct-hire role for a junior-to-mid-level professional eager to learn, grow, and potentially advance into a Director of Operations role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead production lines to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory goals
- Drive operational improvements using Toolbox, Lean, and 5S methods
- Manage Working Supervisors and ensure OEE above 85%
- Collaborate with Planning, Safety, EHS, and Quality teams to meet production and delivery commitments
- Develop and mentor talent, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement
- Support maintenance and capital equipment performance
