Bilingual Referral Coordinator

A company is looking for a Bilingual Referral Coordinator (Remote PST, Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments

Schedule PCP and / or specialist appointments for patients

Verify patient PCP and insurance, and assist with non-urgent patient follow-up

Required Qualifications

1+ years of backend healthcare and / or operations experience in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators

Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms

Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant, and internet-connected workspace
