General Laborer Position

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a general laborer to join their team. As a general laborer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : General Laborer

Location : Roaring Spring, PA

Pay Range :

Shift : Training shift : 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM; After training : Sunday to Thursday, 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM

What's the Job?

Assist in lifting, strapping, and stacking materials on production lines. Maintain a steady pace to support continuous production without delays. Stand for extended periods, approximately 98% of the workday. Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel / composite toe shoes and hearing protection. Learn to operate equipment and perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing and moving for most of the work shift. Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Respect for workplace safety rules and regulations.
