Job Description :

The Lead User Research will be responsible for the planning and execution of user research studies intended to inform, evaluate, and or validate Client digital products and solutions You will help to establish best practices, mentor other researchers, and oversee the planning and conducting of generative and evaluative user research studies. You will be instrumental in helping the design and product teams inform and test digital experiences for Client s customers and employees.

The Lead User Researcher should have an in-depth understanding of a broad range of research methodologies and techniques as well as a proven track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with designers, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand and propose appropriate research methods to gain needed insights Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure the research team is at the forefront of research best practices, standards, and techniques.
• Synthesize data and create comprehensive artifacts that communicate the research and insights to clients, partners and executives Plan and develop comprehensive research programs for long-term initiatives from upfront discovery research through post-development user testing.
• Partner with UX leads to organize stakeholder alignment activities during early project phases Collaborate with market research, customer experience, and analytics partners on best research approaches Evangelize and champion the importance of research and strategy as it relates to product development across Client. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and introduce new methodologies and tools to ensure that the User Research practice continues to evolve and develop. Desired
