The Opportunity :

Avantor,a Global Fortune 500 company,is looking for ahighly motivated anddata-driven SeniorProduct Manager, Life ScienceReagents to join ourLab Specialty Products (LSP) business unit.You will have a leading role inshaping our life science reagents portfolio and drivinggrowth.

The Senior Product Manager, Life Science Reagentswill lead the development and execution ofproduct strategies for reagents used in life scienceapplications, alignedwith market trends, customer needs, and company goals.

This role will be a full-time, remote position.

What we're looking for

• Education : Bachelor's degree in life science discipline required (e.g. Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology); M.S. or MBA preferred
• Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience including :

Biopharma, biotechnology, or environmental testing industry

Direct management experience

The Senior Product Manager, Life Science Reagents will own product line performance through strong partnership and influence across sales, supply chain, quality, and marketing functions. With the ability to lead by example and take initiative, the Senior Product Manager, Life Science Reagents will expand the portfolio through strategic new product introductions backed by differentiated positioning.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills : The successful candidate must have excellent communicationand influencing skills to drive progresstowards shared goals acrossvariousfunctionsand stakeholders.The candidate will also be well-versed inlife science markets and multiple business models to drive growth includingnew productintroduction,privatelabel strategies,and supplierrelationshipmanagement.

Pay Transparency :

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$102,200.00 - $170,300.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
