Accounting Assistant position available in the Wixom, Michigan area.

This is a temporary project assignment estimated to last two months. Continued length will be based on needs. Pay rate is $20.00 an hour. Hours will be : Mon-Fri 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., or 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Tasks for the Accounting Assistant position include : Office Admin / Light Accounts Receivable, Invoicing & data entry (invoicing customer portals), Emailing invoice packets / paperwork, Taking credit card payments, Utilize D365, Office and Outlook.

Requirements for Accounting Assistant : Previous A / R experience, Office / administrative experience, Candidate needs to be detail oriented and be comfortable on a computer, Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
