In this Contract-to-continuing position, you will play a key role in supporting human resources operations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities :

• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
• Administer employee background checks and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to policies.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, to process employee data effectively.
• Oversee compliance with HR regulations and procedures, ensuring all practices align with company standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to address employee needs and resolve HR-related concerns.
• Support payroll and benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with unemployment claims and EDD-related matters as needed.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to enhance HR operations.
• Provide guidance on best practices for HR compliance and regulatory adherence.
